2.       12 Traditions read by Marty K.
3.       12 Concepts read by Towana N.
4.       Definition, purpose and voting procedures of an ASC read by Towana N.
5.       There were no new GSR’s this month.
6.       Quorum was met this month, 5 GSR’s counted.
7.       There were 11 reporting groups this month.  Let’s Get Better Together ask for meeting     support.
8.        Open Service Positions:  Public Relations, and Activities 
9.        Review of Secretary’s report read by Towana N., Area Secretary
10.    Treasurer’s Report:  General Fund Balance:  $775.00 7th Tradition: $18.00   Group Donations:  $252.00   Expenses: Rent:  $20, H&I, $317.31, Newsletter $70.00 Expenses totals:  $407.31, Total Before Expenses:  $1045.40, General Fund Balance after Expenses:  $638.09
11.  MSO:  Marty K. submitted a written report and there will be a price increase for NAWS materials beginning July 1, 2018.  Please see attachments for a complete MSO report.
12.  RCM Report: submitted by Paul G. Area attendees invited to participate in the MDRCNA activities.  Please see attachments for complete RCM report.
13.  H&I:  Steve L. gave this report.  There are 370 Basic Texts in inventory from the Blue Book Banquet.  Please see attachments for complete report.
14.  Literature Report:  please see attachments.
15.  Newsletter:  Jocelyn D.  continues to request content poems, Dear Addie questions, and clean date anniversaries.  See attachments.
16.  Outreach:  Scott R.  see attachments
17.  Web Servant:  is adding content including meeting closures, changes in contact information.  See attachments.
18.  Convention:  Robert H.  meets at Wyndham Gardens on the first Sunday of the month.
19.  Policy:  Paul W.  absent
20.  Old Business:  Bluebook Banquet Guidelines and Elections- Elections are as follows-Steve L. elected H&I, Jocelyn D., reelected to Newsletter, Jonathan P., reelected to Literature, Scott R., reelected to Outreach, Frankee B. reelected to Public Relations, Lauren T. reelected to Web Servant, Bluebook Banquet Guidelines passed.
