7.    There were 22 GSR's in attendance and quorum was met.
8.    Pain Shared is Pain Lessened located at 33200 Dequindre Road and meets on Thursdays at 7:00 pm is a new meeting for the Macomb County Area.

10.  Treasurer's Report:  Our ASC meeting is now tax exempt. Beginning Balance:  $527.74, Total Group Donations:  $740.00, 7th Tradition: $27.00, Total Before Expenses:  $1294.74
